Hi.  Never heard of Doug.  
 
There are a few in Columbus that happen to own an Alembic, or two.  They could've bought them at German Village Music Haus.  I've seen a few Epic's and maybe a Stanley model in there(in a display case).

Yeah, well, the reason I know Doug's is/was a 70s model is I last saw him in '79 (he was playing w/The Muff Bros. & was an instructor at The Recording Workshop then), so no surprise.
