Does anyone know a way to contact them? I've emailed 2 or 3 times over the past few months and tried calling last week and no response, anyone else have this problem?

Some folks say that the best time to call is between 10 am and 4 pm Pacific time.  If you don't get them right away, try again later.  (It can be hard to answer the phone when you're in the paint room spraying a guitar.)
