Chris would have been 68. I don't know that I'll ever not be sad that he's gone.

Happy Birthday Chris, I will always hear you , as will so many others whose playing you have influenced. So many listeners who heard you and were swept away from your style of melody and counterpoint and who then realized what a bass can do.  For all and eternity Chris Squire shall be remembered as an exemplary bass player who was a leader of a new path for other bass players .
