that's so sad...my cat and my landlord won't allow a dog...I hope they get together again; pets are the best...

just called the shelter and Bruno has left the building with his his new family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  F"N YES!!!!!  i adopted a rescue cat last night. my two cats are jack and flash. so maybe i name this one "jumpin"? instead of "starburst" check the markings on this 2 yr old male he's symetrical

I am happy to hear that the Dog has a new place to be at. A few years ago my neighbor got a puppy for her son but her old male Cat was not very happy about that so he decided to move in on my front porch. I offered him a "wooden box with a roof " on my front porch that he preferred to sleeping inside to sleep in and fed him daily . He soon became a good pal .

ya know... i have been a cat owner for 40yrs. the place was primarily a dog shelter. asked me stupid questions. then asked for references. i had 2 friends and the vet call them. they were upset because i didnt give them the phone numbers to call my refs.
SO THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE CAT~ I was totally bummed.

This is the second time i have had to deal with rescues that are so determined to put the animal in a perfect situation that they end up being a disservice to the animal. i actually had one place request a walk through of my apt..F that
BUT
there was an adoption going on in the next town over, so i took a ride and found a nice 2yr old male for 75$ donation. no harassing questions. now he has to just fit in... takes time

flax, that is one handsome devil! He looks like one of those cats that will fit in just fine...he looks really easygoing...good luck and give him a hug for me...Tony
