I have an Accugroove wedgie cab and I would like to replace the 12" speaker.  Has anyone here done that before?  I removed the hex bolts that it was fastened with, but the speaker won't come out.  It seems to be sitting inside a lip.  I'm wondering if they glued it in there.  Thanks.

I guess I should clarify; has anyone here replaced a speaker in an Accugroove cab?  I've replaced speakers in cabs of other brands with no problem.  Thanks.

Have you called up Accugroove? They should be able to help you. I would also imagine that you'd get a larger audience of Accugroove users with the potential of speaker replacement experience over at Talkbass.
