I haven't noticed any postings on our forum about this, so...Mike Hossack, a long-standing drummer for the Doobies-- with them from the earliest days of the band-- died of cancer on March 12th at his ranch in Wyoming.  He was 65. As a rhythm section brother to us bassists, I thought his passing deserves mention here.  IMO he and Keith Knutsen, who passed in 2005, were the best of the several  2-drummer teams fielded by the Doobies.  Hopefully he and Keith are drumming it up again on the other side!
