I think you are right Adriaan...

Marko has great woodworking and machining skills. Whatever pickups he uses would benefit from the installation of threaded inserts to raise and lower them. The slotted flathead screws look weird.

I'm impressed he specifically picked the ~'74-late '77 "Brown Bass" style shape.  My favorite Alembic bass shape!
