I have no idea what this amp does, and I've heard little of series resistance except for financial reasons.  Doesn't everyone like the series I and II instruments?  Give me a Series I guitar and I promise - no resistance whatsoever!  LOL
 
Seriously though, can you say: trademark infringement?
