Gulp...AC is downright scary.  BTW anyone here have any experience with F Basses?

AC's Signature fretless is quite an interesting axe . . . obviously a real collaboration of the artist's ideas, not some stock model with a few off-the-menu tweaks.  The 28-fret length neck, the chambered, spruce top body, the ebony nut, all a neat take on a dedicated-fretless axe.
 
Furlanetto brought a few features to prominence, the really grainy+stain see-thru finishes, and the matching wood pickup covers, and generally seem to be one of the nicest bolt-neck basses without being one more Fender clone.
 
AC is one of those goes-about-hi-business-quietly guys (we have another one around here . . . .).  Definitely one of those cats that if you don't know about him, you need to do a little homework and find him.
