Weird Al Yankovic does Jimi, too.  Check it out at about the 1:58 mark.  He also parodies a bunch of other artists too.  Pretty funny stuff if you ask me ....

Don't know if this was mentioned, but Catfish Collins ( Bootsy's brother/ rhythm guitarist) died the other day. RIP.

I was playing along to some 70's disco/funk tunes(Marvin Gaye - Got To Give It Up, EWF - September etc) and I remembered this tune from the mid 70's.
Ultra funk..loads of Mu Tron to the max!!!
