Peace, Love and Barbecue.

At 17 degrees this morning, I'm dreaming of warm weather barbecuing

As 1000 of my Tarheel relatives either feel strangely betrayed, or spin in their graves, Michael is right. Barbecue, coleslaw, and whatnot, Mods please feel free to delete my caffeine-deficient misplaced post.


Or shoot... just have fun with it. Keep it clean... Mod-Dave doesn't do the cue, but makes a delicious broccoli salad. It's become a staple for me, in some variation.   

Lately I've been cooking up chocolate mousse, pesto lasagna roll-ups, and infused gummies.  All homemade with peace & love!

Smoked brisket.  There may be something better than that, but at the moment, I'm hard-pressed to imagine what that might be.  Plus, my smoker doesn't care WHAT the temp is out on the deck.  After more than a little trial and error(s), I figured out how to do it, and now . . . . . my life is complete !

There's no way you can eat all that, Joey!  Let me try to help....

GP, believe me, there is.  It just takes a few days  . . . . . .

Jell-O, black cherry, lemon, or lime, topped with Cool-Whip, topped with Graham Cracker Crumbs. Chilled almost to the point of frozed.
