I've done a few sessions with my new bass but this will be its first gig with it and its a big room (Prince was there for 21 nights) so I'm looking forward to how much of that airspace my bass can fill.

I just listened to one of the songs; very nice!

Well just a DI into the desk and the bass sounded awesome, it absolutely filled the room, not with volume but with clarity of sound being the only instrument onstage to occupy that register. What I couldn't believe is how I felt in touch with every nuance of what I was playing, which allowed me to reach my Nirvana of light touch with accuracy. Thanks Alembic, this relationship is going to get better
