Maybe find a central local, like  maybe Springfield MO. I'd drive 8 hrs to jam.

Given enough advanced notice I could maybe make one up there when my wife and I visit her family in  
St. Charles.

I should have been clearer and stated St. Charles the Fox Valley suburb of Chicago. I don't have anyone near to St. Louis.
