Hope not too late.. but... Brazil is pretty close to Venezuela... Would a Venezuelan Alembician be allowed in the party? If one of my dreams come true (Ed Motta hiring me as a bass player ) it would make that even easier..

Juan, you are not late. We paused this chapter for a while. Let's bring it back up again!
Of course you are welcome, we just need to set a gathering date/place.
As for Ed Motta, his current bass player, Robinho, is almost becoming an Alembician. He even borrowed my old Distillate for recording this !

Mario, I've been talking to Abidu about making this a reality soon. He said he will contact you and Binho about us getting together somewhere. His friend has a Studio that we might go for a fun session, and then we might come here to my place so we can have a barbecue and take some pictures of the basses all together. We don't have a date yet, but it shouldn't be far... What do you say?
And if there is anyone else from the club that is thinking of coming to Brazil, this might be the time! You don't get a free Barbecue and beer everyday!!!
