Finally gigs started to happen for real!
The bass player's function, along with the drums, is to be the engine that drives the car... everything else is merely colours.

Wow, Goran, that looks cool, congratulations on getting back out there!  :)

Looks fabulous. What and where was the venue?

goran

It's a venue here in my home town (Zagreb, Croatia) played with a band was/is really famous here. They formed in 1969 way before I was born... 😀

Nice pics Jazzy. Did you bring your Barefaced cabs or just the SF-2 and a power amp and use a provided backline cab?

David Houck

Nice shot looking out at the audience.

I took my barefaced Big twin II and used it in preference to the ampeg fridge and eden head.

Good move, I hate using anything made by Ampeg, not my sound. Weird they paired the "fridge" with an Eden head. BTII probably sounded excellent for this gig.

Last night's gig at the Commonwealth Games 2022.
You can just about see the top and tail of my series II europa.
Just posted the video on youtube earlier

Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iomi closed the event. Sadly didn't get a chance to meet them.
