Some videos I recently popped onto You tube Covering some tracks by Doobie Brothers and Gerry Rafferty.
Stuck in the Middle with you ( Koa Series II Shorty)

Listen to the Music (Elan 4 Plus)

Long Train Running.(Elan 4 Plus)

The doobie brothers tracks were recorded whilst learning both tracks as a music agency fairly local to where I live was trying to put together a Doobie Brohers tribute band for a theatre tour. However before i'd grasped the songs the places were filled.

Listening to Long Train Running; sounds great!

YouTube won't let me watch on my browser, but that Elan looks great in the new natural finish. Especially with the cream/white pickups. Very good call there.  8)

Not just your browser, honestly. On the "Video unavailable" message, just click the Watch on YouTube link, and let it take you to the YT site or app, where the clip should start playing.

I guess there was an option i missed when uploading the files.

Got to take out the good ol' S1 out for a spin today. Cant really remember the last time I gigged with her because I am so reluctant to take her out on tour 😆

That was very nice!  And an interesting piece.

Oh, and apparently a nice venue as the audience was quiet and paying attention.

That sounded great.   Appreciate the juxtaposition of busy drums against the melodic bass/key interludes.

Happy to hear that!

The venue was small, but really nice, indeed!  It featured a Boesendorfer Imperial Concert Grand 290, which sounded absolutely amazing in the room.
We were there as a pre-band for the Ron Minis Trio (...crazy guys) ...not to bad for some hobby-musicians trying to promote their music ;-)
