Kelvin Daly is a luthier for Carl Thompson. He also has his own line, this is one of them (I think they all are custom). The craftmanship is outstanding and very ergonomic. Very easy to play and the sound is huge.

Form Kelvin Daly's website

4-String Bass V — Kelvin Daly Musical Instruments
4-String 32" scale, fretted electric bass.
Ebony fingerboard, sapele neck, mahogany body core. Spalted walnut, ebony, and juniper (aromatic cedar) top with scroll details in sycamore, dyed spruce, and juniper. The back is walnut, ebony and pau ferro (morado) with a pau ferro control plate.
Featuring a Delano Xtender pickup and a Delano Sonar 3 active EQ preamp. Hipshot tuners, Hipshot Kickass bridge, and Q Parts abalone and acrylic knobs.
This customer requested an art deco look, which influenced the choice of design, and I thought the black and pink stripes, reminiscent of antique hotrods, fit this customer's aesthetic.

That is something you dont see everyday!  Quite exquisite blending of woods.

I was planning on posting it for $4,250 or best offer on reverb today.
