Hi all,  just thought I would post my recent purchase of an alembic persuader, fretless bass. I will know in a week or two if I am going to hang onto it. It is very clean, factory stock, three piece maple neck with an ebony board, mahogany body with a maple cap, serial starts with 86P3... Not sure what it would be worth if I decide to sell, I was thinking $1800 canadian $$ which would include a new non factory HS case, plus buyer would pay for shipping. Here are a couple of pics. thanks

update, bass is not going anywhere. Won't be able to replace this tone or feel. It will be my go to fretless from now on.

Looks very sweet, I almost decided to buy it when it was for sale on TB and I don't even play fretless

well, another update, after a couple of weeks I have decided I can live without the bass. This is a great playing fretless, probably the nicest neck I have had on a fretless bass. I did buy a brand new hardshell (generic) jazz bass case, was $120, good quality. If there is any interest in this bass $1650 US will take it away. Price does NOT include shipping. I have shipped a couple of basses over the years via Talkbass trades and both times to the US shipping has been well under $200 (insured)
Email for better resolution pics if interested, and visit my website if you like as well
thanks

I will include shipping to lower 48 states (insured), with the brand new hard shell case included for $1750 US. Full serial is 86P3973, also have it registered on the Alembic owners page as well. And again, detailed pics will be sent to serious enquires.
thanks

PRICE UPDATE
$1600 US takes it away with the new case and insured shipping  to lower 48 states or Canada included.
Shipping is quite $$ when it comes to cross border dealing so I have budgeted $170 US for shipping/insurance.
Of course you can drive up thru the sumas (Wa.) USA border and buy it directly from me for $1430 US

and one final price drop, $1500 US takes it, shipping included to US.

the bass is available until friday May 23, then I will be using it thru out the summer months for a few upcoming gigs. May be available again in september
thanks
