This one we can't do - the top is already glued on. We can still make a wooden plate, but it won't exactly match.

No worries... Do whatever you think will look best. You guys are the maestros!

This is a really elegant solution. I would like to make this change as well.

Sorry, this guitar got routed last week, so the face-mounted jacks are already there.

Ooops! Though it was technically routed Bob reports only the pickup selector is drilled through. So while the pickups are routed, it looks like we can change to side mounted jacks. Let me check the details and get back with you.  
 
It's wet in the spray booth at the moment, or I'd take care of it now for you.
