Would it be possible to upgrade my Europa 4-string with Series II Activators & Electronics? If so, what would be the approximate cost of these mods?

Unless your Europa is thicker than usual an upgrade to Series Electronics is not possible; Series electronics components are rather large and require a thicker body. The upgrade from Europa electronics to series is 4200$. The alternative would be to add a Supefilter to your rig, which would bring  you close to the tonal versatility of  a series II.
