I can't see the picture very well but it looks like it might have East Meets West Electronics with a Q-switch and LEDs. It might also have Signature/Anniversary electronics depending upon the actual number of knobs. A better picture of the front and control cavity would give more information. Whoever took the picture needs to be lined up and shot for leaning it up on a concrete floor in the warehouse.
