Yes, My wife and I had the pleasure of stopping in on a recent visit to Santa Rosa for the Healdsburg Guitar Festival.  The visit was sort of impromtu but everyone there was very warm and kind. What a place, sooo many guitars in the works, so much wood, and so much knowledge about their product.  I am sure they leave a little of their soul in every bass and guitar they build.
 
I am so pleased they are who they are!
 
My Spectrum Baritone is coming along nicely and perhaps Mica will put up some progress pics for me.

Congrats on getting to visit the shop!  It does give you a greater appreciation for what they do.

A factory tour should be on everyone's bucket list! It's an amazing experience!
