Hi Valentino, we spoke a week ago, and you said that my electronics for the distillate were being sent out. I still have not received them. Please can you confirm when and how they were sent to me.

my apologies for the delay.  It turns out that your electronics are not done yet. They should be finished by the end of this week; we had 3 different sets of distillate electronics all being upgraded at the same time, and I was told yours were done, when in fact they were another customer's. Again, we're very sorry about the confusion.
