Hello again , just curious to see if i can order the jazz bass pickup set and activators with a rotary pickup selector instead of pan. Would this be additional?? thanks

You'd have to use a circuit like came with the Spoiler to get this option. The JZ pickups will work fine with this circuit, and you'll get a preamp for each pickup to adjust the gain of each pickup.  
 
Anything else would enter the world of custom and that always winds up costing lots more and taking longer to construct.
