We decided to take the stack of scrap necks and scraps from necks and incorporate them into the cutting board design.

Very cool!  But...I'd be afraid to use the darned thing!!!!  (Might get all scratched up!)

I have an Alembic cutting board; been using it for years, and my veggies taste great.  It also makes the kitchen look better.  (Mine doesn't have LED's though.)  Visitors always notice it and comment; and they appreciate that it was made by the same people that made my bass.

Make mine maple, Omega-cut with 3 purpleheart laminates! 

This time of year I live out of a crock-pot... just refill it with something every couple days. (right now, it's lima beans)

I'm awaiting my new custom Alembic branding iron. Once we have it these will be available. I'll post them on the Club first of course!
