I have a Clarke Signature Deluxe from 2004, buyed in october 2006. Now, my scale is e little back bow, and if I want to move the truss rods, no possibility, because they are open free(?), sorry but I don't know the exact word.
When I read:
If you want to increase forward bow, turn the nut(s) counterclockwise.  
It's unfortunatly not possible ... clockwise yess but not counterclockwise...
Any idea for a new and expensive instrument ?
It's the third short scale I have, always the same problem ... If I play softly, no problem .. but when my fingers attack after the 12 fret, too much buzz ...

Used strings (7 months) are more soft ?

Try some strings that have greater tension.
 
What is the humidity in the room where your bass is?

I can't have greater tension with strings, they are medium gauge Alembic CX-3 short scale, enough hard for my fingers...
Until one week, I put my bass in the close hard case. A friend say that I must open the case, because too much humidity certainly inside. The room is the living room, standard humidity, nothing particular.

If the truss rods are completely loose and there is still no forward bow in the neck, it may need a heat bend. You might want to have a competent luthier check it out.

What is the proposition from Alembic, what do the international warranty, if exist ?

You should probably contact Susan directly for warranty questions.
 
Bill's suggestion to get the opinion of a good local luthier is a good one.
 
I would also suggest keeping the bass in a low humidity environment for a while to see if the natural bow returns.

You need to discuss the warranty directly with Alembic. The forum is not the correct place to discuss the warranty.
