Or does one need to make a formal request? In early November, I ordered a 5-string Series I cocobolo, wide-tapered 36 scale neck w/Ebony laminates & Series II electronics (that was meant to be informative, not bragging, but... :-) I am obviously more than a bit excited about it, can't wait to learn *anything* about it, wondering if one day it'll just appear at the top of the list or if I'd have to make a request. If you want to see pictures of it in progress or get an update, I suggest that you call Mica up and ask her.  She'll start a thread in the Factory to customer for you.  Then you can communicate with her through it, and we can all share in the experience.
