REPLACEMENT PICKUPS for an Alembic Epic 4 ?? What kind ??

Hi. I have an Alembic Epic 4 and I want to use the pups and pre / EQ for another bass.
 
I know I can use the Bartolini HR 4.5 preamp but I need the correct size pickups.  
 
Any advice ?
My Alembic : - 2002 Excel
                    - 1992 Europa
                    - 1991 Essence
