recently, I thought of buying an Alembic bass guitar and I have some questions to ask about:
1_ Alembic still produces electric bass at the request of 'buyer?
2_ someone can tell me if someone sells one Spoiler short scale 30 and 3/4?

To answer your first question. Yes, Alembic still custom builds instruments. You can also buy already completed instruments through their dealers.  
 
I cannot help with your second question but I am sure if someone has a short scale Spoiler available they will post.

Nicholas, go to this link and check the bottom box for the type of bass you want to build.  This will give you the US price without any discounts built into it for whatever bass you want.  And from what I understand, they can customize even more.

So Alembic could build an electric bass spoiler if I compile all the data required to 'inside of the link?
Before they send me the quote right? I do not buy it for strength once they send me the budget, right?

The quote generator is an estimate and not a formal quote. You are not committed until you order and instrument and make a deposit.  
 
My suggestion is to use the quote generator to form an opinion on the features you would like on the bass and to see what your budget allows. After this you should contact an Alembic dealer who will be able to help you finalize what you want and request a formal quote from Alembic. If you decide to order a bass the dealer will also be able to help you with that.

If you post your request in the Wanted and Wishing section you may well get a response. There are many Alembicians in Europe.  
Also folks post items for sale by others which are for sale on eBay etc.  
be careful you cannot stop at one!

The Spoiler would be selected as the body shape.  
 
Do you know what type of Alembic electronics you want on the bass?  
 
If you are looking for electronics similar to the Spoiler you can start with an Essence and change the body shape to a Spoiler. Essence electronics have one volume, one filter and a pan control. You can select the Spoiler body shape for any of the bass models in the Quote Generator.

Hi Nicholas and welcome to the club from Scotland.  
Alembics don't have an active / passive switch. you're probably thinking of the 'Q' switch which gives a slight boost at a certain frequency. there's a good description of the Q and the spoiler electronics here

Two thoughts here.  One, if you have a bass built, they'll still build you a Spoiler...it's just not listed on the custom quote generator.  Second, if you're looking for a previously owned short scale Spoiler, you might be waiting a long time.  They do exist, but are very rare. Most Spoilers are medium scale.  Best of luck in your search.
