I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried putting an activator system in an epiphone Jack Cassady bass, and if so, what was your impression? Turned out great, or not so much?  A search didnt turn anything up, so I figured it's worth asking the group.
 
By way of introduction, I live near Nashville.  I'm strictly an amatueur.  I'm mostly interested in funk, especially New Orleans artists.  I dont own an Alembic yet, but I plan to someday.  My main bass is a Warwick Streamer Stage II. I also have a Dingwall Afterburner, various Fenders, and an old Juzek upright when I'm in the mood for something different.
