Does Alembic still make these?  If not, will the new screws fit?  
 
The neck adjusted exactly to my liking, btw.

There is a listing for screws in the Alembic Store.  From the listing ...
 
Set of 10 stainless steel screws fits all Alembic backplates and truss rod covers.
